 3.2 Billing and Payments: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected subscription plan in accordance with the billing terms.

 4. Content and Usage

4.1 User-Generated Content: Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or display on eCommerce Free Zone. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the integrity of eCommerce Free Zone, including but not limited to unauthorized access, use of bots, or any attempt to interfere with the platform's functionality.

 5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content and materials oneCommerce Free Zone, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of eCommerce Free Zone or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

 5.2 License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use eCommerce Free Zone for personal or commercial purposes. This license does not permit the resale or redistribution of any part of the platform.

 6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer: eCommerce Free Zone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

 6.2 Limitation of Liability: eCommerce Free Zone, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

 7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar, Doha.

 8. Prohibited Content and Activities

8.1 Restricted Products:

Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, or displaying content related to the sale or promotion of illegal or restricted products. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit adult content, sex toys, drugs, and any other products deemed illegal or harmful.

 8.2 Immediate Closure of Stores:

Stores found in violation of the prohibition on restricted products will be closed immediately. eCommerce Free Zone reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriateness of the content and products offered by each store.

 8.3 Non-Refundable Fees:

In the event of the immediate closure of a store due to the sale or promotion of restricted products, any subscription fees or charges paid by the user are non-refundable. eCommerce Free Zone is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by the user as a result of the closure.

 8.4 User Responsibility:

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and the products they sell on eCommerce Free Zone. It is the user's obligation to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the sale of products. eCommerce Free Zone bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the user's actions.
